I am reaching out regarding a persistent issue that I’ve been experiencing since porting my phone number from my previous provider (Three) to my current iD Mobile contract.
The issues include:
1. I am unable to receive FaceTime calls, iMessages, or SMS texts from my current phone number.
2. I cannot activate FaceTime or iMessage with my ported number.
3. When I contact others via iMessage or FaceTime, my old iD Mobile number (prior to the port) is displayed instead of my ported number from Three.
These issues have been ongoing for several months. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps with no success:
• Wiping and restoring my phone 15 pro multiple times.
• Updating to the latest version of iOS.
• Following various solutions suggested in support communities.
Despite these efforts, the problem persists, and it is severely impacting my ability to communicate effectively.
