using pac code, after activation of E-sim

I recently joined the network, I'm wanting to use a pac code to carry on using my old number. When I try use it online, it says error, not useable. It's definitely still in date, I would just like to avoid telling everyone the new number.

 

TL~DR: The E-sim is activated and data is working, I just want to use a pac code, but it won't let me.

    We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues completing your port request. 

     

    Can you please check and confirm the following?

     

    • The PAC is in date and not expired?
    • The transaction number is correct (usually begins with the number 4)
    • The last name matches the accounts
    • You are request the port via the correct link here
