How do I set up visual voicemail on an ID mobile account for an iPhone?

 

I have called twice and can never get through to someone. There’s also no option on the automated menu when you call the customer service number. 

Alas @Scott McGregor, you can’t because iD don’t have a visual voicemail service.

Unfortunately as @andewhite suggests we don’t support visual voicemail, sorry.

The UK networks that offer visual voicemail are:

EE, O2, Vodafone, Voxi, Sky


I thought something was wrong in my switchover to id Mobile, but I see that you actually don’t do visual voicemail. Who in this day and age doesn’t do this. Have to say, having switched over, I’ll be leaving as soon as my contract is over. The service cuts out on top of this, and is slower than it should be. Price is great but more a few quid more, I’d rather have a decent service.

Is the issue location specific? Have you taken a look at the network status checker?

I know this thread was created 9 months ago, and im sure things has changed.

 

How do you activate Live Voicemail? Ive just changed network from o2!!  
 

i know its supported as my sister is on ID and My colleague is on ID and they Both have Live Voice ? Ive seen in actual with my eyes?  


I have given up with ID, and gone back to O2. better service

Welcome to the Community!

We don’t officially support or offer visual voicemail I’m afraid, so that’ll be why it isn’t working.

It seems that visual voicemail is working on some handsets and not others but we don’t support or guarantee the feature at the moment.
