voicemail not kicking in


When people call me it doesn’t go to voicemail even though it says my voicemail is activated, it just rings out then says number not recognised .

os there some thing I need to do or is it a fault on my network?

Hi @Donna f, it sounds like the voicemail services need to be switched on via your iD account. The live chat team can help with this, as well as troubleshoot any other potential issues.

Has this always happened, @Donna f

You could use the online iD Live Chat service, and ask iD support to check your iD account is correctly provisioned for voicemail. The advisors work until 8pm on weekdays.

Hi it’s certainly happened for quite a while now , not sure if it’s always happened .

thanks will use the chat service and see if I can get it sorted .
