Hi, new to Three and my voicemail notification will not clear?

Although we use Three’s network, we are a different network altogether here at iD Mobile.

 

Are you currently with us here at iD, or Three UK please?

Hi Tyler,

Is anybody going to contact me re the red dot/mailbox issue??

The mailbox is empty but the system says it’s not and keeps sending notifications.

if there is a voicemail I am unable to listen to it and  have no access  or means of deleting it.

I have spoken to Syia on the live chat and when we finally got to the point of agreeing the issue she

exited the chat!!!
