I do not believe this is possible as if you ask ID to provide you with a new phone number on your current contact, you’ll forfeit the old number

the only way I can see this being achievable is moving your old number via a PAC code to a new contract, once that’s done. Cancel your current one and then start a new contract, you’ll be given as new number, while keeping the old one as a sim only contract

Hi @AprilJoy , as @L0rdvega  has advised, we would not be able to do this. If we issue your plan with a new number, you would lose the current number.

You could take out an additional plan with a new number, and keep the current one. This could possibly be changed to a SIM only if it isn’t already. Is it due for an upgrade?
