I Recently ordered a iPhone 15, With a 24 Month contract. I Was A bit confused as I’m Sure after It Finishes I Get To Keep the Phone. I wanted to double check online but there was no helpful Infomation.

The phone is yours to do with as you please from day one. Your agreement with iD Mobile won’t automatically end once you reach the minimum term, you will have to provide iD Mobile with the required notice. Read the contract, it tells you everything you need to know.

Just to add onto that, there are a few things you can do when your contract comes to an end.
- You can upgrade to another 24-month phone contract if you’d like a new phone
- You can upgrade to a SIM only deal if you’re happy with the current phone and would like to reduce your monthly bill
- You can leave iD by either requesting a PAC code to transfer the number to another network, or if you’re happy to lose the number and disconnect the contract completely, you can provide us with your 30-days notice.
