Where is my physical SIM?

Taken out a new contract with ID mobile but not received a SIM. Got the phone but useless at the moment! Can anyone shed any light please

A SIM would normally be supplied with a new iD phone contract, ​@Angelafl

You’ll need to ask iD for a replacement SIM.

If it’s a handset contract you should have received this with the handset as ​@andewhite advised.
