Why does my Samsung Galaxy A3 (2016) no longer make or receive calls?

I've had this problem for the last 10 days or so, although I can still use texts & data. I tried all the actions in the 3G switch off advice but no luck. My phone is supposed to be 4G enabled. However the Network Mode in the phone's settings says LTE/3G/2G. Do I need a new sim from ID, or is there anything else I can do?

Did you purchase your A3 (2016) directly from Three UK, @LTV

If not, the handset can’t use the 4G Calling network service on the iD Mobile network.

Thanks for your response. The phone was not bought from Three UK but from an online provider based in Hong Kong. Looks like I will need a new phone?

Unfortunately @LTV, it seems like you’ll need a new VoLTE (4G Calling) capable handset.
