Wrong details on proof of usage

Hi ID Mobile team,

I have requested proof of usage for my account, due phone being lost, and due to wrong information sent on proof of usage my claim has now been rejected. I have repeatedly requested this and repatedly wrong information is provided.

I need this resolved ASAP.

Can you please help with this urgently to get correct information.
