Wrong phone model sent

Hi ,First time with ID . Just received my new Pixel 9 pro xl today and was sent a 128GB model instead of the free upgrade to the 256GB model . Been on to live chat about the problem and was told they can’t send out a replacement of the correct model as they have none in stock , I can return the phone and wait for stock to arrive !!!. Very poor to just send out lesser models because of stock problems. Not impressed first time with ID not a good start. Anyone else had this problem ? Thanks

It seems that this was sent out incorrectly.

You can contact the Live Chat Team and request the replacement but as the team already advise you will need to wait for stock to arrive.
