I have recently purchased a 100GB pay monthly plan from Currys and downloaded the Id Mobile app.

In the app   Your allowances        Data remaining: 99.5GB/20GB - whatever that means

                                                    Minutes remaining: Unlimited

                                                         Texts remaining: Unlimited 

                   

                  Your current plan    20GB Data   <--------

                                                      Unlimited Minutes

                                                       Unlimited Texts

Please can anyone Explain this to me? Any help appreciated!!!

I have the same problem, already contacted support and they are hoping to resolve it soon, been assured even though it says 20gb I am on 100gb data

Sorry about this, the team are aware of some issues with allowances showing incorrectly in the iD Mobile app/website, they’re working on a fix for this.

Hey, I’m having this problem now and have contacted ID Mobile a couple of times but it still doesn’t seem to be resolved. Is this still an ongoing thing?

I recently upgraded to a 120GB / month plan, but my app and online account shows my monthly data allowance to be 1.5GB..


OK ​@connie1234  is that your old plan allowance? When did you process your upgrade?


No, I’ve never had a 1.5GB plan and I upgraded on 7 April

Yeah it’s only incorrectly shown 1.5GB since I upgraded. And also yes, my app software is up to date.
