Apple Music offer UID missing or incorrect

Hi,

I get this message when trying to activate my 3 months free Apple Music: "Apple Music offer UID missing or incorrect".

Can you help?

Hi there ​@Falkenburg, sorry to hear that. Have you tried opening it via different devices/browsers at all?

Hi Tyler,

Yes, I’ve tried it on Chrome and Opera browsers, and I’ve tried it on my Android mobile and my Chromebook. All combinations give the same error message. 

Do you have any ideas why I’m getting it?
