Cannot register I'd mobile app

Hi there
I am having a great deal of trouble trying to register online for the I'd mobile app, I have tried numerous platforms (ios/desktop/android) however none of these will allow me to register, I have triple checked the details with no luck

Sorry to hear you're having issues with registering.

What issues are you having exactly with registering? Are you able to provide some more information?

What error message are you getting?

To confirm, you'll need to enter the:
• Date of birth of the account holder
• Surname of the account holder
• Active iD Mobile number which is usually the number supplied with the iD SIM

Once you've entered those details, you'll get a text code sent to your number which will allow you to complete the registration by entering this on the website.
