Closing Account - 30 days Notice

Hi,

 

My current contract is going to end so I’d like to close my account. Unfortunatelly, due to Covid-19 your call centre doesn't work and I don’t know how to do that.

Can you solve this problem to me?

Just did this myself, not sure if you figured it out, but you can call them and follow the instructions, or do it on the app by clicking the hamburger menu in the top left, my account and then there is the option to close there.

Thanks, guys for the reply, but unfortunately that doesn't help.

My SIM card for this contract never been registered, doesn’t know what is the number and where is it.

Have no account on the website and I can’t create one because of a lack of phone number. Same with phone call instructions, a phone number is required to do anything.
