Setting up app.
I am trying to get up a sim only account on behalf of my wife.Sim card has been ordered and direct debit set up.She wants to keep here number so need to tell iD via app.At what point can she set up the app because at the moment she is not being allowed to do so.

She can register for the app or an an account once she has the SIM.
This is because she'll need to put the iD Mobile number in during registration and a security code is sent to that number that she'll need to complete registration.
After that, she should have no problem going into her account and following the steps for Keep my number.
