Unable to access ID mobile "my account"

I have been unable to access my ID mobile "My account"?
When attempting to log in entering username and then password the blue log in icon will not respond when clicked. I changed browser to Google Chrome and using Windows 7 operating system.
As said the blue icon is non responsive when clicked.

Hi, as long as something is typed into both boxes, you should be able to click the log in button. Are you typing your details or using copy/ paste to fill in the boxes?

EDIT: Moved topic to the App and My Account section of the community.

I have a new phone and number (not email).  I no longer have the phone number associated with the old ID.  Either way, I cannot log in to My ID account.  PLease help?  While you are at it, where is the virtual assistant chat function?  Website just sends you in circles.
