My resolution is to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I had an ectopic pregnancy last year resulting in me losing one of my tubes, we're hoping to fall pregnant this year so I want to make sure my body is healthy so hopefully make this easier!

To travel more and work less. My health has taken a knock and it's made me realise that there's so much out there to see.

I am resolving to improve my lifestyle by building 20 minutes of activity into my daily schedule. Over the 7 day week my plan includes - yoga, cycling, walking, swimming, gardening and playing golf. I’ll vary the routine week by week to keep it fun.

I hope this improves my physical and mental wellbeing.

Good luck to everyone in your 2023 resolutions

Steve

I am planning to sort out a lot of the clutter in the house this year - a box or cupboard a week should do it

This year I am going to learn Spanish. More than just Duolingo Spanish. There are some better apps and books to help. Doing this not to be the worst Spanish speaker in the house. Happy New Year / Feliz Año Nuevo.

My New Year's resolution is to do all the things I resolved to do in my last year's resolutions that I put off the year before.

My number 1 goal is to be true to myself and to live my own life...

For me this is BEING:

Learn how to tap dance - 2 weeks in and loving it 😊
Improve my self-tape skills - ready for acting roles
Say yes to opportunities - live more in the moment

For me this is DOING:

More paid acting roles
Gain paid coaching clients
More short-term temp contracts

2023 is also the year I will master the 4Ds:

DO - stop procrastinating over tasks
DELAY - tasks that can be done later
DELEGATE - letting go of micro-management
DITCH - deciding on MY priorities

Let 2023 be the year of focusing on the journey and not the outcome 🙏🏽

I’m not making new years resolutions this year as I decided to read more last year and eat healthier both of which I have continued into 2023 so I’m planning to just keep up with last years instead.

To lose 3 stone and take my daughter to Disneyland x
