How do I view my contract details?
To view your contract details in the iD Mobile app or on my.idmobile.co.uk, you can:
- Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
- Tap ‘Plan’.
- Tap the ‘Contract details’ dropdown.
- View your contract details.
Just so you know, your plan will continue after your contract ends until you choose to cancel or switch to another network.
I can’t access the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk. What should I do?
If you’re unable to access the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk, simply contact us to find out about your contract details.
