3 days and i cant receive incoming calls

HiI really need help please.Its been 3 days now and although i cant make outgoing calls i cant receive any.Ive checked my phone and done a hard re boot, ive even swapped sim to check phone and its just wont accept incoming calls.anay ideas please ?
