£50 Gift Card help!

I upgraded my sim to a 24 month contract sim with ID Mobile and there was a £50 gift card offered but I can't get any help with this. I assumed it was with Curry's but both ID Mobile & Curry's live chat are blaming each other and not offering any help with this!

Looks like the Gift Card was delivered on the 19th February 2025 at 11:24, via our courier DPD. 

Did you receive any emails from DPD regarding this? If not, happy to send you the Tracking Number and attached image via Private Messages.

I haven't received any email. I've attached any image of the contract details where it mentions the gift card.

I did directly though the ID mobile phone app. I have attached two screenshots which show live chats from both ID & Curry's customer services blaming each other!
