I am trying to add my other number to my account and not getting the text message come through is there another way to add my number to the account

Yes it is.

 

It might be quicker if you pop down to your local Currys and simply ask for a replacement SIM. You then need to do this:

(make sure you’re removing the eSIM)

 

From a quick read I think I know what’s causing this. To use an iD eSIM it has to be in SIM slot 1. Yours might be in slot 2 if you started with a physical SIM.

Is it possible to change from an eSIM to a regular sim
