App issues


Hi all, 

I recently signed up to 3 sim only deals for myself my wife and my son.

when adding these to an online id account either web version or app it lets me add 2 plans but the 3rd continues to say details are not recognised.

 

does anyone know how I correct this?

Hi 

thank you for the reply 

yes all 3 sims are in my name with the same email address. 
 

all 3 were taken out on the same day and all transferred numbers from sky mobile.

Have all numbers transferred successfully and are these the numbers you are attempting to register with?

Yes all numbers transferred ok and are now working on ID. 
what I will say is I do not receive any emails relating to the number that will not register on the app where as the other 2 I do receive emails/bill etc

I don’t think I used a different email address? How would I check? 

I did try to message to directly but it didn’t let me.
