I bought my phone in Belgium but I have been living in England (with this one) for a year and a half. My location is on so my phone is supposed to know I'm in the UK. I have a subscription for a plan with ID mobile. However, when I search for the app in the Apple Store, it says "App not available - This app is currently not available in your country or region". Why!? I cannot even register/login online on the website (as if the "submit" button doesn't work). It really bothers me because I would like to change some things in "My Services"...
