I have the same problem & pop up chat didn’t seem able to help when I contacted them yesterday, They provided me with alternative links that also didn’t work and then we got cut off.

Hi, I activated my SIM recently and have been trying to redeem the Apple TV+ offer, but I’m getting the UID missing or incorrect error.

Hi,

 

I am unable to redeem my offer of free Appletv+ as well as Apple Arcade and music. 
 

I get the same error as the other members I.e. UID Missing

Thanks but I tried Safari on a mac bit to no avail. I previously tried Chrome on my iPad with the same result.
