Hi when I signed up to ID mobile I was supposed to get a 3 months Apple TV for free. How do I do that? I do not have the email as I read on some other threads. Please advise. Thanks

The link you sent does sweet nowt - it only shows me the message but it won’t allow me to answer even if you followed the ID whatever user as advised. This is a stupid chat and system.
Just let me know how am I supposed to get my link to the free Apple TV. Is it so much to ask? Why does it take 24 + hours to get a reply???
