Apple TV Free Subscription Error

Hi,

 

I am trying to avail of the Apple TV free trial. However, it’s working correctly. In my efforts to process, I’ve actually paid for my subscription. How can I get this set up correctly please?

I’d recommend best speaking directly to Apple TV to see why you’d have been charged for a trial to their service, sorry about this.

    Hey there ​@Gary Field, sorry to hear that.

     

    If you have an Apple TV+ account already, then you won’t be able to redeem the subscription, as it’s only for new or returning customers.

     

    Therefore, you would need to wait for your current subscription to end before redeeming the free trial if it’s possible.

    Yes. But it’s been dormant as I have not been paying the subscription
