Brought this to light 17 days ago and still no resolution

did they send you a PM?  what did they say was the issue?   a quick skim of the forums seems a lot of people are getting this same error.

All sorted now actually. 

Looked like and issue with the redeem link. Was sent a new one which has just worked out now.

All sorted now actually. 

Looked like and issue with the redeem link. Was sent a new one which has just worked out now.

 

Can you tell me the new link? As I’m having the same issue on the link in the email

Yes but that was ages ago on a different account. I get the

UID Missing
or incorrect.


error when i press the link.

I have the same issue. Have been trying to activate apple tv since I upgraded, but no luck. Was actually sent another link to  apple music the other day, but that doesn't work either.

Hi Tyler, yes itt was another email from id, although it was just about apple music and not the TV, but that didn't work either. Thanks.
