Apps keep closing

I've just switched to ID mobile and for a samsung s25 

It seems that whenever I have a video or game clip the app keeps closing

So far this has happened on Facebook, Instagram, X and Candy Crush

Has anyone else experienced this and found a fix

    How long has this been an issue for please?

     

    Have you tried restarting your phone?

     

    I’d possibly recommend contacting the manufacturer to look into this further for you.

    I have been on a live chat since with one of your collegues and they have requested that I return the phone which I have done today

    I haven’t left :-) it is a brand new phone that is faulty and I am just waiting for my replacement which will hopefully be fault free
