Not been able to call anyone for over 8 hours is ridiculous and then some users not been able to call emergency services this is absurd I will definitely definitely not be returning to ID mobile again! Had important phone calls with companies and now I’m going to have to explain why I couldn’t make the calls!

Really feeling for all who have edited on here with similar issues and urgent scenarios to sort out via the mobile phone etc.  There has been no real communication from ID mobile.  It feels like a one way street.

It’s more annoying been a single mum with 2 kids working a part time job and having to claim UC having my work coach wonder why I can’t answer calls etc and then been told I could be sanctioned and lose my money it’s not on at all :(

Today is on of the horrible day for me . I am working as a uber driver . from 1pm i can not make a call or receive a call . I stop working then i came home .This is on of the waste day  ever  . I try to call my son to pick him up from college .But call wasn’t go through .  Then i found id mobile issue .They should inform all customer for the issue . It has been 10 hrs ,still same . They should compensation all customer.

Some customers were unable to make or receive calls or access the iD Mobile app or My Account Online. Degradation to voice calls has decreased. As a result, most customers who previously experienced issues are now able to make and receive calls. 3UK are continuing to monitor.
