Hi my direct debit usually comes out between the 1st and 3rd of every month. I'm aware some customers aren't able to view there bill. Does anyone know when it'll be resolved? Thanks

The latest update for the issue is as follows-
Updates:
4th March:
12:30 - All PDFs for 28th and 29th bill dates are now available to customers. Remaining invoices are continuing to be generated. Thank you for your continued patience, and we’ll continue to keep you updated.
