How is my monthly bill £79.98 when it was capped at £50 (no other add ons)

Hi @Cath Ellen,

Have you taken a look at your bill.

The £50 cap is the charge for extra usage so your monthly bill would be on top of the cap amount.

If you have changed your direct debit date that will also change the payment amount as it’s likely you have been charged for a longer period.

You need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser @Cath Ellen

The advisers work until 9pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Hey there @Cath Ellen, we’re sorry to hear that.

Two questions:

  1. Have you changed plan or upgraded recently?
  2. Have you changed your direct debit date recently?

Thanks,

Tyler

I tried to find a way to phone or email directly but couldn’t find anything so resorted to using the community chat - it was the only way I could find to contact anyone 🤷🏽‍♀️
