Blocked Calls

Please help. This is day 4 that I have been unable to make calls. Whenever I try I get the message that my service does not support this number. I have tried to chat but that function does not seem to work on the I'd mobile site. I emailed but the email address is no longer monitored. I went to Currys and they gave me a new Sim which hasn't resolved the issued. Can some one from ID mobile call me to resolve this issue?

What phone do you have, and what’s your full postcode please?

Hi, yes sim has been activated.

My phone is  Samsung Galaxy S24

Postcode is EH22 3LU

Hi I'm exactly the same been with out calls or internet since Friday living in Middlesbrough traveled to derby and back at weekend not once have I had a signal

Is it only calls you’re having issues with? Do data and texts work okay?

I am having a slightly similar problem, since the three outage, I can make calls but they cut out randomly. I can be talking to someone then after approx 8 to 14 minutes just a instant cut out like me or the other person just hung up.

I don't know about data but I am receiving texts and I can receive calls just can't make them. I got through to the live chat and couple of days ago who said my issue had been bumped up to technical support but I have heard nothing from them yet. My phone seems a lot slower and does not connect as quickly to websites since they had me do various resets on the phone.

Although the times don’t match yours I’ve had this dropped calls (and callers not hearing me or indeed my voice going robotic) issue pre outage but post outage mine has become worse - it now affects WhatsApp voice calls too when they used to be fine.

Same thing here too - also noticed my phone has lost some of its responsiveness and basic websites are taking longer to fully load.

 

I also think the latest iD app version 6.6.0 isn’t helping with this either as its auto refresh takes longer than its ever taken - on data its much slower or on WiFi its slightly quicker but something doesn’t seem right. Plus my battery appears to be draining quicker.

 

Although I opted to try a network reset myself as I’ve never attempted to try their live chat and hopefully I never need to.

 

My calls have also not returned to their pre outage quality either - now having issues with WhatsApp voice calls (though my area is known to be suffering with long term congestion on 3UK/iD).
