Question

Buying additional SIMs for other devices

I want to buy a SIM for a 5G router I use. Ideally I want this to be on the same account as my existing phone SIM so that I can see both plans in the ID Mobile app.

Can this be done?

If so, how do I do it? There doesn’t seem to be a purchase extra SIM from within my account and the sales website wants to do credit checks etc, so appears to be creating an entirely new account rather than adding a SIM to an existing account.

You have to order a new SIM and may have to have another credit check. You can then add an additional plan to the app by following this guide.

Hi @simonhudson  you can certainly purchase another plan, but this would be subject to additional checks.

Once you have your second plan, you can add this to your account/app and view both plans on the same app.

I hope this helps?

Yep. All sorted. In the end I called and spoke to a very helpful Hassan since the website threw a missing language error on the very last payment page. I’ll add to the app once the SIM arrives
