call forwarding

I cannot connect to live chat so trying this way.

I recently moved to id mobile and am working from home. My works phone is set up to go to my mobile phone but is saying it is engaged. I do however get voicemails from the works phone so not sure what is going on. can you please advise

Hi @Philip Antrobus,

Do you have call forwarding set up?

If so could you check the number in your call forwarding settings?
