I can’t make calls or receive calls when in certain areas, including both my home address and at work. Most of my home town (Paignton) I am not able to make calls or receive calls. Sometimes it doesn’t even register on my phone that people have tried calling me.

It’s an iPhone 15 and has been ongoing for nearly 2 weeks.

But this has been ongoing for 2 weeks and isn’t really acceptable as if there’s a problem with my children at school the school can’t get hold of me and they also can’t get hold of my husband as he too is with ID mobile and having the same issues! Surely if it’s an issue in the area it should have been resolved by now?!

Only iD Mobile can advise with detailed information on the network status in your area. iD might need to contact Three UK (their network partner) for help.
If you’ve got a home and work Wi-Fi network, you should be able to use your iPhone with the iD WiFi Calling network service, for calls and SMS texts at home and at work.
