Calls FROM Egypt

Been told I can make calls whilst I’m in Egypt and will pay the costs on my next bill.  I’ve tried a couple of times to call out but they won’t go through.  I have mobile data on - is there something else I should be doing?

Check your spend cap isn’t set to £0. Also make sure you’re using the correct country code when dialing.
