Hi @Dexter-Bella

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

I am sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues with your mobile data since joining us. I understand how frustrating this must be, especially as you've had the phone for less than three weeks and are paying for an unlimited data service that you have been unable to use at home.

As a first step, we'd recommend checking the coverage checker again to see if there are any reported issues or maintenance affecting the locations concerned: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support/coverage.

In regard to returning your phone and cancelling your agreement, if you are still within your cooling-off period, this may be possible. However, as your number has already been transferred to us and the account has been active for nearly three weeks, your eligibility will depend on the specific terms of your agreement and the date your service started.

If the issue persists, please contact our Live Chat team so they can investigate further and check whether there are any network-related issues affecting your service: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

They'll be able to review your account and discuss any available options based on the outcome of their investigation.

Thank you,

Zandile M
