Can't access my Facebook account since switching to ID as the 2 factor authentication code doesn't arrive.

We are very sorry to hear you are not receiving the authentication message. If this being sent via text or email? 

Do you have any issues receiving one time passcodes or messages from anyone else?

Hi Natalie - I’m struggling to receive authentication via WhatsApp and SMS.  I can receive messages in general…. Hope you can advise.

Is your number in your phone showing as +447 rather than 07
