Can't make calls

For some strange reason I can’t make or receive calls today. I’ve checked all the settings which seem to be ok. Any ideas?

How long is this going to take it’s not the first time it’s happened been to Apple Store to sort out my phone and was told 3 and I d are rubbish that’s why there so cheap can’t wait to be out of contract definitely changing

And there is no effort by company to inform no media coverage 

This is beyond madness 

Absolutely disgusting and it's a security and safety threat for ppl

Literally at the peak time we need it and all they have to say I’d this last update:

“18:00 - 3UK engineers have identified and isolated the suspected issue.” 
 

Yeah right.. and best believe you will not be getting compensation anyways will 100% be changing providers asap.

I cannot make or receive calls with ID mobile Leeds.  Does anybody know when this will be resolved please?

Click on ‘Service status’ at the top of this page and see what is affected and they know what the fault is (found at 6pm) and next update is at 8pm. Maybe use whatsapp if you need to call urgently?

Thank you.  I have checked online and it states service normal to make and receive calls.  Alas, I am still unable to proceed with incoming or outgoing calls so therefore, this statement is not true.

You can click to write an angry message but you can’t click on Service Status which would tell you all the comms you need?

Fancy missing a GP phone appointment you waited 2 weeks for and then still not be able to contact the surgery the day after to try and obtain an emergency appointment. Most shocking aspect is however that iD did not bother to inform their customers, bearing in mind text messages still worked for everybody!
