All i wont to do is speak to someone from ID about cancelling an old contract but its just impossible!

Agree it’s impossible.  I cannot hey through to cancel, live chat can’t help as they can’t access my account.  It’s absolutely diabolical and feela like we are being held to ransom!!

I have been trying to cancel my sim contract but can not get hold of anyone. The email addressed used to set up the account is an old work one so I am unable to log in to my account as the password re set is being sent to an old work email I can not access. I.posdible to get hold of anyone wish to cancel my contract
