If you’ve already requested a 30 day disconnection and wish to cancel the disconnection, we can cancel it if you get in touch or you could even request a PAC code, once a PAC code is requested and received, a 30 day disconnection request would automatically be cancelled as only one can exist at a time.
To upgrade to a SIM only plan, you’ll be able to use the iD Mobile app/website or call our sales team on 0207 1391 397.
