Hey @nava_krishnan,

Perhaps your Bill Cap is restricting this? Find out how to adjust it here:

Thanks.

Hi, I am unable to send text messages to an Indian number. Is there any thing I have to do in my ID app or to my plan to activate this feature?

Hi @Umms

Do you have the iD app? Is roaming enabled?

You can check how to do this here - How do I enable Roaming? | iD Mobile Community

Hi, I live in UK. I am trying to send the SMS message from UK to an Indian number. I thought roaming has to be activated when we are in a different county so that we can send and receive messages and data on our mobile. Is that not the case?

Regards

Umesh

My apologies @Umms

Do you know what your bill cap is set to? As you may need to increase this, and you can do so on the iD app.  International calls are chargeable. How much it costs you to call abroad will depend on where you’re calling. You can view our list of international charges here. You cannot use your inclusive allowances or add-ons to call abroad from the UK. Calling abroad falls under international calling, and are subject to the charges listed in our international charges page linked above.

You can find out more here - How do I call abroad and how much does it cost? | iD Mobile Community

I hope this helps!
