I have an iPhone 16 Max Pro. I became an id mobile customer a few months ago with an eSIM. I appear to have 2 “lines” a primary one and a private one for some reason.
I arrived in Tenerife a couple of days ago and did not receive the normal text message on arrival from the new service provider. My phone appeared to change to Vodafone UK on the primary line but appears to be Movistar on the private line. Neither line lets me roam. I’ve disabled the private line and powered my phone on and off a couple of times but I’m still not having any luck. The data roaming toggle is set to be on. I’m at a loss, can you help please?
