cant call a french number whilst in france nor can i receive a french text whilst in the uk

It’s probably something that you are doing already but we just need to double check.
Whilst in France please use the dialing code +33 or 0033 before the number.
For anyone texting you from France whilst in the UK, please ensure that they are using the correct UK dialling code 0044 o +44.
If required we can PM you to get this escalated to the relevant team.
