cant get into ID account on app

I’ve managed to log into my ID account on the website , I’m now trying to log into the app ,  where I’m told to add my ID mobile number and DOB and second name , when I do this I’m told my details don’t match ? Need to log in asap as I’m trying to move an old number to this new contract .

I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially since you’ve already tried several steps to resolve it.
To help troubleshoot further, please try the following:

-Reset Network Settings: This refreshes your connection to the network.
-Manual Network Selection: Go to your phone’s network settings and manually select iD Mobile. If already selected, switch to another network and then back.
-Check Software Updates: Ensure your device is running the latest software version.
-Location Test: If possible, try using the SIM in a different location to rule out local coverage issues.
