cant make calls

What is going on with ID? Haven’t been able to make or receive calls, done the reset, got a new sim and it’s no better, I can’t wait to leave ID and go with a proper network!!

As ​@MZone  has requested…. what phone do you have?

Is it on the iD Mobile Approved Handsets list? If not, then it won’t be supported for use on the network (but may work in some circumstances).

Do you have VoLTE enabled on the phone as you need this to be able to connect to the 4G network. 4G is the label given to the 4th Generation network but you need to be able to connect to LTE  (or VoLTE - Voice over LTE) which is the type of network used?

You can also check to see if there is any works being done in your area and if the 3G network has recently been turned off...

Hi,

I have had constant issues and would like to leave ID mobile without penalty, I would also like to return the phone and get a full refund as I am paying for a service. that I am getting.

I CANNOT make or receive calls unless on my wifi. The calls are just not connecting.

 

I have been into carphone warehouse, done all the re-setting as per ID mobile instructions, still not working, had a new ID sim, still not working.

 

I use my phone for business and I am missing out on very important calls.

 

I need this resolving asap as I cannot carry on like this with NO help or solution.
