Cant receive calls (at all including wifi)

Hi Samsung s21 fe had an update yesterday since then I cannot receive any inbound calls, I've checked all settings, rebooted and searched for answers online to no avail.This isn't a local area issue was in London yesterday, Chesterfield today and no difference.Please help as this is my only method of being able to be contacted and is very frustrating!
