Cant receive calls (at all including wifi)

Hi Samsung s21 fe had an update yesterday since then I cannot receive any inbound calls, I've checked all settings, rebooted and searched for answers online to no avail.

This isn't a local area issue was in London yesterday, Chesterfield today and no difference.

Please help as this is my only method of being able to be contacted and is very frustrating!

Have you tried switching the phone off/on? Also try taking the SIM card out and putting it back in again. Failing that try and reset network settings.

@Craig Melville  Afternoon to you, since you stated your device had a firmware update or an update of some type you've been unable to use any network service regardless of your location.

Can you try to do a manual network search for IDMobile and if found select it and save it. 

Pull down your notification screen and then click onto the cogwheel far top-right corner.

Now Settings will load up select Connections now Mobile networks. Scroll down to Network operators now disabled the Select automatically button. 

Once you've done this you should be in a manual network search follow the prompt and select IDMobile if found from the search results. If it gives you the option of say IDMobile 3G do not select this you looking for 4G at least. 

Hope this makes sense to you get back to us if you're still having problems.

Just logged into here to see responses for some reason it is all now working fine, I had previously rebooted my phone removed sim etc for no gain but hadn't done the network selection (still haven't) but seems to be working so not idea what caused it, not seen another update cime through for the Phone so guessing was network side and has been resolved now
