cant recieve calls

Just switched to ID using a PAC code to bring my number across. I have had a text saying the number switch has been completed. I can call out but can't recieve any calls, looking at SIM manager the call and SMS toggles are greyed out. I have checked the VoLTE settings are connected, manually chosen ID in the network operators section and reset the settings. Is there anything else I can do.

Port can take upto 10pm tonight to fully complete. Ignore the message. Keep switching your phone off/on again during this time until everything works as expected.
