Hi, I have ID mobile account with 70gb data, unlimited calls and texts.  Have had this for years.  I needed to call for a plumber and googled some options and on calling the listed mobile numbers I was not able to call them as there was voice recording saying I had reached my cap limit and was not able to make any further calls until I had amended my limit.  My cap is 0 and always has been.  I was however able to call a land line and my sons and husbands mobiles with no issue but just have these odd  issues…. any ideas?  Its very frustrating that I cannot call directory listed mobile numbers when needed…. Any insight… thanks in advance
